This is the poster for saw 2, i have recently analysed the trailer for this film. It links with the trailer as we see the puppet face that is shown a lot in the trailer this puppet is the thing that tells the people what they have to do for 'the games'. The fingers are significant as they are dirty and broken which relate to the theme portrayed in the trailer of darkness and dirtiness. The quote on this poster which is ' Oh yes... there will be blood' this is sgnificant as it reinforces to the audience what they have already heard in the trailer, when the puppet says this in the trailer it is one of the last things that he says so it sticks in the audiences mind which will remind them to go and see the film. The typography is also significant as it is reinforcing the gory and dirty feel in which the advertising is showing.
